Unsure which style is best for you? Bent shafts maximize the efficient portion of each paddle stroke, because the bend allows you to lift less water/waste less energy at the end of each stroke. Grab a tape measure and sit up straight on a hard flat surface when measuring! Measure from the flat surface to the bridge of your nose.
